Friendly staff, secure car parking, and quiet rooms. The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. It was also great to have access to a secure car park, as it gave us peace of mind knowing our vehicle was safe. The rooms were quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances.

Smokey foyer/reception and unappetizing breakfast. One negative aspect of our stay was the smokey smell in the foyer/reception area.

I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel! The location was perfect - it was just a short walk away from all the attractions I wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I especially appreciated the small fridge in the room, as it came in handy for storing drinks and snacks. the hotel provided great value for the price I paid.

In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions in the historic West Bank city, making it easy for us to explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture. the rooms were quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. the clean bathroom with ample hot water was also a great bonus.

One aspect that could be improved is the smoke in the foyer/reception area. It can be quite overwhelming, especially for non-smokers.
